Welcome to the Open Water Data Portal!

This site was created to keep the public informed about the Army's ongoing efforts to ensure that communities near military installations have safe drinking water. Our goal is to provide clear information, data, and resources so residents can see the actions being taken to address water quality concerns and protect public health.

The Army is actively monitoring, testing, and addressing water quality issues. Many of these activities happen behind the scenes and may not be immediately visible, which can understandably cause concern. Through this portal, we are committed to openly sharing updates, technical information, data and documents so residents can make informed decisions with confidence.

The Yakima Training Center (YTC) facilitates realistic and relevant joint forces training with tailored installation services on sustainable training lands; achieved by a professional, collaborative, and innovative workforce built on relationships of trust within YTC, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and the Greater Yakima Community.
